We recommend that you provide as much information as possible in order to have an hassle free delivery. While registering in our website, pls make sure to provide:

If the order does not meet the minimum amount for the above regions then a default shipping charge €3,99 will be applied. For orders from regions not mentioned above, shipping charge will be calculated based on the order weight.

We reserve the right to change or charge the shipping costs appropriately: if the shipping cost is incorrectly calculated or was unable to automatically calculate during checkout, we will recalculate the actual shipping costs & inform you before delivery.

You will be notified via email(s) the date/time of the delivery. Kindly make sure you are available to receive the order on the day of delivery. In case you are not available, pls provide an alternate address.

Perishable Items
  • If your order contains perishable items, pls make sure to have someone present on the day of delivery. Any delay in getting the order might affect the quality of the product & we will not take responsibility.
  • As soon as you receive perishable items (vegetables, fruits, paneer & other frozen items), it is customers responsibility to store them appropriately. We will not be responsible incase of improper handling of the items.
Ordered but not delivered

It can happen that customer ordered a product online but is missing. This may happen due to delay in updating the stock information. In such a case, the money equivalent to the missing product will be refunded in the form of a coupon. This coupon can be used by the customer on the next purchase.

Delivery

Delivery Partner

We work with PostNL to deliver orders throughout Belgium & The Netherlands. Orders are picked up daily (except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays) at around 1330hrs. Orders placed before 1330hrs will be considered for processing the same day else will be taken up for processing the following working day.

Once the order is picked up, we provide customers with the tracking code which can be used to follow the status of the order

PostNL informs customers via email the delivery date & time range. Customers are requested to be available during the said period else the parcel will be taken to a pickup location which may or may not be in your region. It will be Customers responsibility to pick the parcel from PostNL pickup location.

Providing all information is essential for a hassle free delivery. PostNL takes 3 to 4 working days to deliver. Pls note that Delivery time varies during holidays or peak season.

Kindly note that Sree Krishna Groceries cannot interfere in PostNL business or their methods of working.

Sree Krishna delivers

We personally deliver to certain regions in Belgium & The Netherlands. Customers are informed (mail or whatsapp or call) upfront about the delivery date & the timing. It is hence very important to provide a valid email id, a reachable phone number while ordering. Kindly make sure to check spam or junk folders to not miss out any updates.

Its possible that Customers are not available on the day of the delivery. They can then either, atleast a day in advance, call, whatsapp or write to us to

  • reschedule the delivery, or
  • provide an alternate address

We may have to leave the parcel at the door or entrance of the building (incase of apartment) if Customers fail to do one of the above.

Returns & Refund

Return

We, at Sree Krishna Supermarkt, take utmost care to ship the goods. In worst case, products can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. Our customer(s) has (/have) the right to return his or her order or product(s) within 5 days in the same condition they were received. Returns after the aforementioned days is not eligible.

The Product(s) can be returned either at the time we deliver your next order (in such a case, a new order must be made within 5days) or by post (charges borne by the customer).

If the order is returned because of unavailability of person, then shipping costs for the original order as well as the return plus transaction costs, if any, will be deducted before a refund is made.

Acceptable reason for return (only the following qualify for returns):
  • The received product is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery (pls note that we will not take a product if it does not suit your taste)
Refund
  • All refunds will be done to your bank account or in the form of coupons as applicable.
  • In case an order is cancelled before it is dispatched (customer wishes to cancel the order), the customer bears the transaction costs (the costs that are taken by the payment provider & the amount can vary depending on the type of payment option chosen).
  • Incase an order is cancelled after it is dispatched, the customer bears the transaction costs, shipping costs for the original order as well as the return, whichever is applicable.
  • Incase the customer is not happy with the received product, a refund will be made ONLY after the product is returned by the customer.
  • Incase the customer is not available at the time of delivery nor has picked up the parcel from the pickup location, the parcel will be returned to Sree Krishna Groceries. In such a case, our delivery partner charges us for processing the return. Hence, the refund will be made after deducting the return processing charges.
  • Refund will be sent within 5 working days.
